Dentist – not refunding money given advance for service

Hi, I am Ranjit Singh Raghav. I am retired defense personnel from Indian Navy. I had paid 10,800 Rs through cheque to My Dentist ( a well known chain of clinics which provide dental services). I paid the amount in advance for my Wife Mrs Raghav dental service , which they calculated to be total 1,20,000 Rs . But because of the monetary issues in family, I do not wish to take the service any more. I paid 10,800 Rs through cheque in February and went to my native (Gurgoan). After I came back I told doctors sitting in the clinic that I do not wish to take service and wants to withdraw my Money , doctors denied say that I have signed the undertaking (which I did on my wife’s behalf) they cannot give my money. During signing the papers also Doctors in the clinic (Dr Pal & Dr Mini)did not explain me that the money once paid will not be refunded. After I spoke to the Head doctor Dr Jena Shah. I explained her my problem but instead of being polite, she was rude over phone. on top of all this when I said I will complain regarding this She said ” do what you want do”. if the company cannot refund the money paid to them in advance for which I have not taken service, deduct the money from Dr Pals and Dr Mini pocket. I thought Doctors were suppose to be polite and kind. please help me as money is stuck with the company. (they did not provide me any papers of the treatment ,after I paid them the money in advance)
