when visited baroda to apply atm/debit card held to preliminary inquuiry that was barely related to any bank procedure instead of allowing to fill form .when filled form ensured will receive card within 15 days.but over a months when didnt recieved any card.again when inquired by frequent calls ruled that we had already sent when argued then disconected.
had to visit bank to inquire there the staff to cover their mistaks easily rubbished ruling that we had sent pin number u should have collected when infact had not received any pin number instead issuing card started mocking it demoralized me so much that i had to close account.it has been over years they have not issued meatm/debit card
because of staff attitude,mistakes i had suffered loss.
whoever is liable n reponsible to stringent action and compensation to loss.
