Dear, I am Vishal patel. I have purchase a Sony camcorder from your company online in November 2014 but I didn’t received your material till I have a word with your customer care & after that they send me a Invoice copy & courier the product. Till I received it was already December 2014 & I mail your company that I want to return it back. Than any of your subsidiary company India contacted me & told me to return it to their office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh State. I said ok but on inquiring the courier service told me that you have get some form 39 which is under the regulation of indian govt. It is actually a road tax. Than I ask for the same from them they told no problem they will provide me it took another 1 month for these. I constantly mailed them but they always goes on telling they will mail it today & all that commitment by on of your company’s representative name Ms. Ambica & Ms. Shailini. After all that they told me to return it to Australia to someone & told me that they will refund me the courier charges also. I courier the material as seal pack it was arrived to the address mentioned by you. On 13th Jan 2015 the material was received & their is a mail from DHL to me for confirmation that parcel has been delivered. I told them that parcel has been delivered that Ms. Shalini told me that you will get your refund in 48 hrs. But after 48 hrs when I told them that I have still not received the payment that they told me that it will. After 10 days days constantly calling on the phone & taking feedback she replied that as you have paid through paypal you need to contact them & we are also contacting them. I have open an dispute on your purchase but they told me that you need to ask company as I has been more than 45 days. So, when today I called Ms. Shalini one of your representative told she is on leave for her marriage & after that you can get the update on your refund. Do, you think these is a way to treat your customer. I am in trouble for last 2 month & no one is helping me. These is the way you treat your customer. Even they have also charge Rs 5800 as import duty when I went to collect my material which is not mentioned when i purchase it. So, again I told so she assured me that they will return the import duty which is paid m\by me & also the courier charge Rs 6000 for which I have also mailed a courier receipt scan copy. As I have received CN on 6th April 2015 & confirm that they will refund me in 10-15 days but today it’s more than that.

I want my full refund asap as well as an extra money which I paid as an import duty & again sending to Australia which they mail me that they will refund it to & double of all.
