1.My mother name.Mrs.Shobha Thakur,age-55 years, reported breathlessness and admitted into Seth Nandala Dhut Hospital, Aurangabad where it was told that fluid is in right lung and required ICD. It was done on 08.04.14. 2.On 09.04.14 it was told that few tests are required due doubt of cancer,Rs.5000/(rupees five thousand only) charged for that tests and it was told by doctor that report will come on or before 15.04.14. and will be available on line at the website of srlworld.com, id and password generated is FH08.1415426 sent on mobile phone as sms. 3. On 15.04.14 self sent mail to srlworld and asked about report since full family was under fear of cancer. 4. Company replied that due some reason it was delayed and will be sent ,but till date we did not received any sms or mail or report made available on line. 5. Due to fear of cancer mother was taken to Chennai. Dr.Vijayalaxmi Thanasekaran , Lungs specialist of Sri Ramachandra Medical College ,Porur. There also it was asked about reports of fluid , due no reports available few fresh tests were done. 6.Till date i.e.29.04.14. reports not provided online for what id/password generated ,Since reports are very much required for further treatment why so much delay ? 7.On inquiry with dr.Viraj Borgaonkar,it was told that patient should bring to his hospital then only details of report will be given. 8.Why such ambiguity in delivery of reports ? 9.What doctors of Dhoot hospital are insisting to bring patient to there hospital and what is relation between srlworld and hospital when reports to be available on online ? 10. Plaese look into the subject and give justification for mental torture and delay in delivery of reports in turn delay in further treatment,with compensation along with charges taken for tests. Charges(Rs.5000/) to be give back to me,since result of reports not used for further treatment ,due delay by laboratory 2.Compensation from laboratory(srlworld) due delay and mental torture during waiting period for report. 3.Reports to be made available to the patient directly from srlworld with briefing not through Dhoot hospital.
