my house is in khurja city in distt. bulandshahr .I have taken electri connection in year 2008 & paid bills up to 2009.but since 2006 there is a tenant on which i have a case in allahabab high court & he is tenant by bulandshahr court. but he is only living in that house and not paid any electric bill for that . now the bill is about 55 thousanin my name so in this situation what should I do. please help me.
