This is regarding our dish tv connection which we took last year. After 15 days only it was not coming some error was there. we complain dish tv services but response was very bad. Technician came after 5 days & then again after 10 days there was error .so, after getting so much problem we stop the connections. Again after 8 months on 13th may 2013 I complain for connection . Complain was notted but no technician came . he came after 2 days..took his service charge + recharge cost. again after 1 hour it vanished..again the same error. I complain the same day but no proper response. They told technician will come in 24 hours but again the same thing..i complain again 0n 16th but then I knew that there was no past complain…they didn’t note my previous complain….till date no technician has come. When we are calling to service centre they tell that ur complain is close. I am feed up now. it was biggest mistake that we took this dishtv connection.
