Dish TV – customer care cheated me by giving wrong information.

I called dish tv customer care on 28-12-13 to know recharge schemes.they asked me to recharge for a whole year and they will give me 1.50 Rs cash back for every 250 rs recharge 2.45 Days extra validity on recharge of whole year. It must have recorded conversation of this. I got recharge of rs. 5070. I am given 1000 rs cash back adjusted in monthly payments. But 45 days extra benefit is not given to me. When i called on 3nd jan. To customer care they told me that i will not get it,it was wrong information that was given to me. When i asked them to refund my amount,they refused also. They have cheated me by giving wrong information.

1.45 Days extra validity or refund my 5070 rs.i will change the connection. 2.rs. 10100
