I have purchased one DTH connection of dish tv on 05.08.2013 online by paying through credit card. the technicians from the company came the next day with the dish but forget to bring along with them the set top box. as a courtesy sake, i collected the same from their service center at Srinahgar (J&K), but the equipment was found to be faulty as the remote didnt functioned.
And till date i am writing & contacting their customer care for provide a new remote, but all in vain and every time a new customer care executive call and asks what is the problem. please advise Disc TV to get things in order for the money they have taken.
