Dish TV – faulty equipment

i have purchased a new connection from dish tv online through credit card on 5/8/2013, the company’s installed the dish on 6/8/2013, but forget to carry set top box. i showing courtesy collected the sme from their office at Srinagar, but after installtion i realized remote is not working and is faulty. and without which my box is useless. i made numerous call & mails to company call center but every time they assured 24 hours resoltion which even after 6 days have not elapsed.

i want the comapy to take back the equipment and refund my R. 2750/- spent plaus damages caused due to emtal agony and harrsement due to theiur poor service.
