Dish TV – no body is responding worst service

I have ordered HD+ dish tv on the recommendations of Dish TV salesman on this saturday (5 april 2014). I believed on their sales team. Dish TV installed on Sunday (6 april). But the service was very poor. i can see tv for only 1 minute and there is blackout for 5 mins. Sound muting is occurring after every 30 seconds. i called service team, customer care, salesman. no body is responding. This is the worst service experience.

Money refunded and action on sales team.
