Before selling he told our family that he would provide us an assured gift like nono-ipod, digital camera, cash back etc. which offer is still valid. 22.9.08 he delivered the maching after realizing 6000/- and another 2990/- on 4.10.08. He delivered the cratch card on 23.10.08 on opening the card I have seen the offer was valid upto 31.8.08. The online redemption was showing invalid in computer (This salesman was made the bill as 22.8.08). I have cotacted several times but of no use. Even they are reluctant to provide free services every two months as per contact. Kindly guide and help me or teach them a lesson so that other people does not fall in the prey of this type of dishonest policy by the company.
