I had recharged my dishtv connection with a yearly pack as per their services and channels they displayed at the time of recharge. I was viewing all the channels but from past one month I am unable to view any sony entertainment channels which include all sony channels and still my yearly subscription expires on 10th feb 2015 but before expiry itself, dishtv has deactivated all the sony channels saying that sony has increased the cost hence I have to pay separately for these.
I want all the channels till the pack expiry as they cannot remove the channels now. They accepted the recharge for all such channels and now discontinued so I want all the channels till the due date and as I am facing issues from past 1 month, I need a compensation too for their irresponsible behavior.
