Dear Sir,
I have a Mobile Connection more than one and half year with BSNL,Kolkata. The connection is Saral Ananta. The No. is 9433360925. The Service Provider sending mesessages to and fro. I have sent SMS START DND to 1909 on 07/04/2010 and got a return message “Your request for Deregistration(ID:17570 Dated:07/04/20101) is now under process sender 1909, message center +919434099997 sent 7-apr-2010 02:46:14 pm). The Customer Care of BSNL called me on 08/04/2010 and told me that it will be started after 45 days. After completion of 45 days I have contacted BSNL customer care on 24/05/2010 as DND was still that not started. They gave me a complain no. 5437558 dt. 24/05/2010. But all in vain. Again I contacted Customer care on 04/06/2010 and they have given me a new complain no. 5491817. On 11/06/2010 again I have to contact the customer care disgusted with their messages they again give me another complain no 5524694 by the operater Name Susmita.

Unfortunately with 3 complains they have taken no action. I got nearly 10 to 12 messages from BV-BSNL@, BV54000 , BV-55888, BV-CAL-TEL, BV-12555, BV57777 etc.etc. from 13/06/2010 to 15/06/2010. Till date i.e. 03/07/2010 the messages are coming at random.

Now I am requesting to your goodself to take necessary action and start DND facility to me. I really hopeless with complaining more and more to customer care of BSNL.
