My Vodafone number 9654592999 is on DND with TRAI and Kotak Mahindra. I receive calls from Kotak (example, today 17-Jul-10 around 10:40 AM, by Sandeep Singh, for selling savings options).

It seems DND regulations are being ignored by the Bank’s telemarketers.
