I’m (Mobile No: 9342452550) subsribed to DND service and all of a sudden today 25-July-2009 from morning 5:01 AM on wards I’m getting flooded with SMS till now 12 of them from 51234 (Reliance No) and as per DOT policy this should not have happened and that to Early in the morning is unbelieveable and totally unexpectable.

When I called the CC I got Manas on Call and he was behaving as if he was disturbed by may Call. He talked in most unprofessional way and made me feel that I did a crime by calling them.

I dont know even if he gave me his name right or not any ways the Complaint Number which he spelt out in his “OWN” way is ucs130008

He was reluctant in giving me his Name and refused to give his Supervisiors Name/Details.

I would like to get a clarification regarding the above.
