I had made a flight booking with makemytrip on 30th January 2015. I requested for a date change for the flight to 2nd February 2015. I was charged fully for both, airline ticket(Rs. 14,306) and modification charges(Rs. 3,550), but the modification failed due to negligence on part of the company, i.e., make my trip.

Due to their failure to modify the dates of travel, even after charging me for the same, I missed the flight and suffered loss of Rs. 17, 856. Since then I have been calling up the company several times during which they assure me that my refund will be initiated but has not happened.

I want the full amount refunded which includes the ticket fare and the modification charges which amounts to Rs. 17,900. I also want a notice to served to the company for better customer handling and timely actions so that the customers are not harassed time and again.
