Hi, this is Arvind, I had made a purchase for Pizza’s on 30th of March 2019 on Dominos mobile application at 8:30 pm, the order number-265 was accepted. I received a call @ 8:45pm from the number 98XXXX65105, a person named KAVYA, stating that she is from Dominos, and she quoted “ Sir, your order will be delayed by 30 minutes, we’ll provide a 300 RS refund” I stated that please cancel the order I don’t need it that late, she pleaded saying that we’ll accept the order and we’ll deliver asap, I gave a call back to the number stated above @ 9:15 pm asking for the Pizza’s, She told me she’s home and they will deliver me the Pizza’s in 10 minutes and finally I received the Pizza @ 9:32pm. I raised a concern(8863383) about this with the customer care @ 10:05pm and was informed that I’ll receive all call back from the Back End team, Which I never did till date. I was asked to provide a feedback on the same day which I also did with concern no (8864569) I was asked to wait for 8-10 days to get the refund. After calling up the customer care on 8th of April 2019, they connected me to the restaurant and after getting connected I spoke to Sheela, Who told me she was the in charge, and I explained the tussle, she told me that I cannot initiate a refund but I’ll deliver Pizza’s worth 300 RS. I responded saying I don’t stay at the location, I prefer for a refund, she said I’ll provide my manager’s number -9880080494 his name his Prabhakar and the next time you order from your location call the guy and he’ll help you with it. I agreed to it. Today 4/14/2019 I called the customer care to get connected to the restaurant to get some Pizza’s delivered to my place, And they connected to the restaurant I was supposed to get the refund and explained them the concern they put me on hold multiple times and they hung up, I called in for the third time only then I spoke to Sheela and she asked to wait to get connected to the manager and with no surprise she hung up. I was the most frustrated, I called up again finally I was connected to a senseless manager who had no idea about the job he’s been doing called himself Prabahakr, Spoke to him explained about the issue, and he started saying that the location is not in my vicinity, I was like wow where did this come from, And he kept saying that they called me and informed me about it @ 8:45pm on 30th march, I explained what was mentioned to me by KAVYA and SHEELA, The manager guy started repeating the same thing just like a Parrot/Parakeet, that we called you and informed about it and we wouldn’t be providing the refund, Much to my amusement he couldn’t say nothing more than that, hence I offered him to speak in local language Kannada, and I explained the same, he’s still repeating the same, that we informed you, I told him what was informed to me on the call, he’s not agreeing to it, and he literally told he can’t provide me a refund and do what you can complain to customer care I don’t care and I couldn’t control my anger and had to hurl abuses because this went for more than 45 minutes for literally nothing. Kudos to the manager for the way he responded to the customer, Much applause for the way he treated me, An International company called DOMINOS is being represented by this Faggot. Awesome. My simple question is, If the delivery location is out of their vicinity why the heck did they accept my Order? And who gives the responsibility to the in charge (SHEELA) to promise on a refund or reorder? If this is how you treat a loyal customer who has been ordering for a long time with you guys maybe I have to change for a better service because you guys are pathetic.
