I m a grieved customer and i am writing this mail to bring into light my complaint regarding Credit card payment.

I made an online payment to clear my SBI credit card balance of Rs 10000/- on the 31st of October . On the 1 st of November Rs 10,300 was again deducted from my account by SBI .

Even after a lot of calls by me to the SBI Card help line the amount has not been credited to my account yet .
