I have made payment of premium for the year 2012 on 02-05-2012 by cash and on 03-06-2012 on line payment is made automatically through my registered on line SBI payment site for the same policy for the same year 2012. Hence double payment for the year 2012 have been made. I therefore request you to kindly refund amount of one premium for the year 2012.
