The Dentist Dr.P.S.Lakshmi did procedures without informing me and without taking my consent. Without my consent, Dentist has grinded off two of my teeth, one which had issue and the adjacent tooth which did not had any issue. During the entire course of the treatment, Dentist did not reveal information about prognosis and treatment procedure involved. The treatment plan was clear indication of extorting money from me.
