I started taking services from this vendor on 1st May’15 to learn driving. The deal was that I had to pay Rs.1800/- for 15 days class of driving. They provided me just 9 classes and that too not in regularly/daily. I made the payment in advance on the very first day itself and starting from the 4th or 5th class the driver Rajesh and the owner Sonia started giving me excuses for not giving the class. I used to stand on the road waiting for the driver to come but they neither used to inform me nor they used answer my calls. I have all the texts with me wherein the owner Sonia has apologized for not providing on time services but post the 9th class itself they started with unaccepted language and never bothered to call back to apologies for their misbehavior or not providing the services. Despite asking for my money back they never ever returned it.

Loss of the advance payment of Rs.1800/- and so much of mental harassment.
