DTDC- Booked item cannot delivered the given address

I booked a Crompton Greaves Gyeser SEH315E (15 Litres) from On-line Store SHOPCLUES.COM (Order No. 26453639). For this item, I paid Rs. 4,498 (including delivery charges). Shopclues delivered the item through DOTZOT and further it was handed over to DTDC (as told by Shopclues.com). The pin code for delivery was 232104 (Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh) The staff of DTDC Varanasi Centre namely Ms. Neetu Srivastava by Mobile No. 09369733XXX called the person to whom the item was to be delivered and “SUGGESTED/INFORMED/ORDERED” that COLLECT YOUR ITEM from Varanasi Centre (because it was a heavy item) otherwise the item will be returned back to the sender. By which authority/rule your staff called to collect an item from your center. I want to know why DTDC booked an item which cannot be delivered to the given address. Further, in this connection I talked with Ms. Neetu Srivastava, (about 12 noon) she talked very rudely and disconnect my call without listing me. For the complaint agianst this action, I called your Delhi region office on tehlephone No. 011-44900xxx, from there Mr. Navneet and Mr. Abhijeet denied to file a complaint regarding the “SUGGESTION” of Ms. Neetu Srivastava (Varanasi Centre). Ultimately, my father went to your Mughalsarai Centre and collected the item because cancelling/returning the item would loss me Rs. 5000/- as the market Rate/purchase from a manual shop nearby to the delivey address is much more than on-line purchased rate. Please take necessary action and inform me at the earliest.

I demand for compensation of Rs. 10,000/- from DTDC for bad services delivered by company and the mental harassment suffered by me and my family.
