i courier a prasad packet having weight 280 gms on 03 march 2014,till 07 march 2014 my packrt is not delivered to my address. After enquiry at hyderabad they gave me a mobile no-9334817069. After too much calling on that number they said me that we have no delivery boy for that area so we forward your packet to hyderabad and they also said me that your address is incomplete but this not true sir,my address is fully correct and my area also comes under city that is easy to deliver any object.sir, if my address is incomplete they have to make call to my mobile but they not make any call to my self/my address.till this date 16 march 2014 i am waiting for my undelivered prasad.

sir, I wish that they do not give any wrong information in future to any body & if they have not delivery boy they do not take any item. they are not give me proper answer when i enquired so some penalty should be given for not proper delivery. sir iwish to claim for rs.2000.00 only.
