I sent a laptop (worth Rs. 17000) through DTDC (consignment # V16309688) from Bangalore to Idukki, Kerala. It was packed by me and i paid a hefty Rs. 1750 for shipment. When they delivered it to Kerala, the receiver found the laptop damaged, upon opening. I have since been following up with DTDC bangalore office, customer care–> manner–> his manager. No one seems to be willing to help me out in filing an insurance claim. I have written to them by email as well. Yet, none of them is showing interest and are only trying to delay matters. I want to file an insurance claim. And want to talk to somebody sane from DTDC. -Sahil Singhal
