My 2 courier is laying at DTDC warehouse since more than a month but it is not being delivered to us even after repeated calls. Consignment no M11225296 & M13048876. But when I tried to track, it can’t be and shows wrong tracking details and no one is neither taking the responsibility and neither answering my calls properly.
Not yet received the courier back to us. Statement received from DTDC as follow: We had discussed with the consignee and got the information regarding the shipment is not delivered to them . So we will cross check with our Delivery franchisee and recheck into the matter. Please wait for further updation. We will conclude this case Very Soon
