Dear DTDC, Your customer support is the worst of all. My parcel which has reached Hyderabad Hub since 18th Jan 2019 has not yet been delivered. I want my parcel to be delivered at the earliest, the customer service is the nightmare, the people are not helpful. I tried calling Hyderabad local office, central office, but no help.
