Booked a courier package Dtdc for Bhagalpur, bihar on 27.12.2014. Had even got the insurance done offered by the company. The courier was supposed to be delivered on 3rd day. Till today, i.e 04.01.2015 the same has not been delivered. No response from customer care. No proper correct information received. Very upset and disturbed as it contained a gift for my father to be delivered on his retirement day. Sentiments are deeply hurt. Even after contact from delhi and patna office, correct information is not provided. False statements regarding the correct status is provided. On 03.01.2015 contacted the patna office and was assured of delivery that day itself. Yet not delivered. Present status on the tracking website of the company after putting the docket no V19604508 of the package shows the result “in transit”. Kindly help as i m deeply shattered as the package also contained some important personal documents to be required at my hometown for some legal purposes.

i want stringent action against the company for such lack luster service. Demand a strict and heavy penalty upon the company which will eradicate such future instances of negligence and non responsive and arrogant attitude toward the customer even after he has paid for the services.
