their was delay in the delivery of our parcel which was booked by dtdc courier & cargo ltd. with docket no.P25870329 dated on 20/12/2013. uptill 31/12/2013 it was not delivered to the desire destination. on the contact with the franchisee of dtdc ltd. he said he is not responsible for the delay.

as this parcel is contained at sample of grey cloth which was going to be sample order we had lost a business opportunity and a customer dissatisfaction

immediate delivery and compensation which is lost by to the delay of parcel which has lost our good business opportunity. near about amt Rs.25000.
