I have sent a very urgent kind of document with a CD from JABALPUR (M.P.) TO BHOPAL (M.P.) by DTDC courier, napier town, jabalpur on 05/08/2014 . I was promised by courier company that the courier will reach in 24 hours as I told them that it is necessary to reach till 07/08/2014. But even after passing more than 7 days it is still not delivered. The person whom I have sent that courier has already moved from that place. For safe receipt of the article sent, I myself visited BHOPAL on 10/08/2014 but even after vigorous follow-up of whole day, I could not get my parcel back and I had to return back empty hand.

I want compensation for mental agony and loss of mental peace with reimbursement of my monetary loss of Rs. 72000/-
