consignment no Z88204508 picked up from Mathura for delivery at Patna. Though they are claiming delivery but unable to show POD. Consignee not got delivery. Deedarganj, N.H.-30, Patna – 800008 Mobile No. – 09263632701 Got twice reply from their senior executive Sophia but after 1 month no result. Cost of consignment 15k rs appx.. mail id CSS.CO@dtdc.com. I have all email correspondence copy with me.

The cost of the switch is appx 15k. One vehicle is off road for 2 months due to this. Consequential damage might be 75k.

Get back the item and heavy penalty on DTDC courier.
