Dtdc – Loss of consignment poor service

This is regarding the Complaint on DTDC Courier service for consignment with AWB No: H28519566. 1. The courier has not reached the destination location (Bangalore), but the delivery person told that the door is locked and returned it back to the Origin location (source courier office) Macherla(Guntur Dt, AP). They have not even attempted to call on mobile number provided. When called and inquired about the courier (and visited in person also) at source (Macherla) office they told that they have lost the consignment. The courier contains important documents (original of LPG gas connection for transfer) which are needed urgently. How come the service be so irresponsible in losing the consignment and not responding to customer. Please help and do the needful.

LPG gas connection is important in every household. Because of the loss of the original transfer documents of LPG gas connection we are not able to get the gas connection in the new address (Bangalore) and it is causing a lot of inconvenience to us.
