I have mailed this complaint “I have been using services of dtdc since a while,Till the time it has been seemed to me the best courier service because of your efficient functioning. But this time When my relatives used DTDC Lite service, it was a disaster and trust breaking for me. Details It was couriered from Mandi dabwali (Haryana) which is under Sirsa District Haryana. When i received courier in delhi two new branded winter clothes (1 red puma jacket and 1 sweater) along with some other things were missing, of economic worth around 10,000 rs. However package received by me in Delhi was not damaged on outer packing and dtdc was trusted by me beyond doubt. However when I inquired, I get to know the recorded weight of courier in Mandi dabwali by your representative is 11.7 Kg and received by me (Recorded in your delhi office) is 8 kg which is a gap of around 3.7 kg. So i was puzzled, but then your representative of mandi dabwali has told me that the final packing which i received is done in Sirsa headquarter of DTDC and they do outer packing there. Then i got to know the reason that the outer packing was intact but inner was damaged but i can’t verify that because when i receive courier, outer packing was intact. So acc. to me its’ look like a case where Sirsa or Mandi Dabwali representative are not careful enough or involved in malpractices. Complaint is already done to Mandi dabwali representative but he is not so keen and active to pursue the issue, reasons unknown to me as he always keep saying i will contact Delhi office and then make excuses. So I personally felt to contact Delhi office before moving to consumer forum as of my past bright and cordial relationship with DTDC, i was not able to get any complaint number or email id, so i am emailing you. Looking forward for speedy action. You can verify facts regarding consignment number form your system.” But i am given no satisfactory answer.

I had around 10000 rs economic damage.
