I have booked a RAKHI BY DTDC courier on 16/08/2013 having ref. no. Z04270031 for Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh and it was told by booking clerk that it will be delivered by maximum on 19/08/2013. As per tracking of DTDC website the docket have been dispatch for delivery on 20.08.2013, but till now it have been not delivered to addresses, while Rakhi was on 21/08/2013. THIS IS SHORTAGE OF SERVICE BY COURIER SERVICES TO FAIL TO DELIVER THE DOCKET ON TIME.

COMPENSATION OF Rs 1,00,000/- AND ACTION AGAINST THE DTDC COURIER FOR TIMELY DELIVERY IN FUTURE.
