Dear Sir, I have sent the parcel through DTDC on 4th of Aug from Delhi to Mumbai. I was charged 150 Rs so as to deliver the package ASAP. It reached to Mumbai on 6th however it was never delivered to person till now. I have sent two reminder emails and then after two day they have replied that they are working on it that too when I have called them. Sir, in the package, there was nothing valuable in monetary terms however it had great sentimental values. The package contained Rakhi that was sent from a sister to his brother who is serving in defence and these small tokens are the sole reminder for them who could only meet there family twice in a year.
