I sent one parcel on 11/0812013 and before sending I asked the agent of Munekolala, Bangalore-37 agent whether DTDC can send my parcel to my address or not after that I given my product with Rs.420. Now my product come back but, now agent is saying that we can’t send to that address and also he is not refunding any amount to me. If it is No service area DTDC Agent should not accept my parcel right?? where as I asked the agent before sending that my address is serviceable or not and he said yes it is serviceable and after that if DTDC people are saying it not serviceable and we can’t send your parcel. I paid Amt Rs.420 for my parcel and for DTDC mistake I lost my money. This is not a way to serve customers right?
