I shipped a USB Pen drive worth Rs. 899 to Mr. JOY JACOB at his office address at CS-I Division,DOP&T, Room No.208, 2nd Floor, Lok Nayak Bhavan, Khan Market, New Delhi DELHI, DL 110003 IN the package tracking number provided by DTDC is P22473853. DTDC tracking website shows that the package has been delivered to a “Box” and now the package is missing

I either want DTDC to find the product and hand it over the right person i.e. Mr. Joy Jacob or cover my loss and provide me compensation i.e. Rs. 899(product cost)+90(shipping charges). Also change its procedure that incase their delivery boy visits a customer location and the customer is not available but the address is correct, leave a note for the customer or call the phone number provide along with the address on the shipment or return the shipment back to the sender
