I have courier some important cloths to my parents on 6 may 2015 by DTDC courier from vadodara to Lucknow ( AWB no A31435597). On 13 they return back the courier with the reason of address insufficient . From 15th their system show that item is sent from DELHI to Ahmedabad. Now nobody is lifting my phone and not responding about whereabout of parcel.
First my parents didn’t get those cloths . Secondly i am not getting any information about thatparcel . Now nobody is responding me. I getting mentally sick of DTDC.
