Booked a parcel on 4-Aug-2014 at DTDC, jaksandra by normal dtdc lite paying 110/-. The booking was from Bangalore to Jamnagar,Gujarat. The Consignment No : B11914018. As of now the parcel is still pending to deliver. Not sure whats going – several times i tried to contact to the customer care. No one is responding properly.

I need my money back as the parcel should reach in 3-4 working days, which won’t or please do the necessary appropriate steps.
