I, Nitin Pethkar, booked important documents on Dtd. 16/07/2013. The Docket no. is F07584362. This includes the KYC documents related to Bank (for Subsidy purpose) from Nagpur to New Delhi. The address of NEW DELHI (Destination) is contains, The Manager, SBI Branch (inside the Mother Dairy campus), Patpar Ganj, New Delhi- 110092. After confirmation from the Bank, Bank employees said they had not received any documents from any courier services until yet. When I confirmed from =Nagpur branch they concludes we have not responsible for delivery only for dispatch. Contact with the Delhi Branch for delivery. Courier Boy had not =delivered the courier to inside the Campus in SBI Branch. He only delivered it to the Mother Dairy Gate. Due to this bank not received the Courier at time and until yet they have not received it. Now it is the responsibility of the Courier Company to deliver the parcel to the designated place not to other place. It is my request to solve my problem immediately.

Total Mental Damage expenses as well as Economic Damage.
