I, Praveer Kumar, was working in Jamshedpur with TATA Hitachi. I got new job in Nuclear Power Corporation of India, a govt. of India ent. Due to this reason I had to shift to Karwar, Karnataka. i booked my TV to be couriered by DTDC. My friend sent it through them. When I received the TV in Kaiga, Karwar, it was broken. I opened the packaging in front of DTDC person in Kaiga. I did not accept the TV. I complained to DTDC customer care via phone and they advised me to send email. I did the same. It all happened in Feb’2014. DTDC asked me to file complain at DTDC Jamshedpur office. my friend did that. Since then I have been sending mails and my friend continuously visited Jamshedpur office. But till now there have been no relief. Now they have stopped replying to my mail also. If CORE wants I will send the series of emails exchanged to your email id.

I want them to pay me exact compensation if not more for all the mental torture I have gone through during these follow ups
