I ordered a MI 20000mah powerbank from this site i.e. dukesdeal.com i got the product but its a completely fake product of the same design as of original MI product. i have been trying to contact the customer care for refund of my money. There is no response either via email or phone from the website. I think the website is just there to deliver fake products as there is no customer support or anything responding. i have been trying from last 3 working days.

Because of receiving a completely fake product, my money is lost and there seems to be no customer support from the website at all been trying for 3 days. I want the complete refund of my money as the product is fake and the website told to contact within 48 hrs of delivery to ask for refund or replacement and there has been no response from the website at all. nobody even picks up the phone nor replies via email.
