I and my brothers have booked flat with Arihant with their Dynasty project. As it was the first purchase for us we were not aware much of the payment schedule. However, we find cheated on their terms on the payment structure and it doesn’t match at all with the real estate standards. They are asking for payment on each slab. They plan to take 85% of payment just for slab work and have no demarcation for brick work, plaster, electrical fitting and wiring, flooring. Could you please help us on the issue
