i booked smartphone through e-bay. received on 28-04-2014 paid full amt rs. 9040/- in cash. speaker stop working on 14-05-2014. deposit smartphone to local service centre at rajkot on 16-05-2014. received back after repairing on 08-06-2014 with another problem camera is not working local service centre told is a manufacturing fault and should be send to company. again deposit the instrument to local service centre on 12-06-2014 to send it to company. now company is not ready to replace or refund my money.they are trying to repair faulty instrument
either refund my money rs. 9040/- or replace the smartphone with new one.
