I have purchased Karbonn Smart Tab 2 in e-zone shop Mylapore, Chennai on 2dn April 2013. From the day one I am facing problem with the Tab, I have lost my electronic bill for that purchase. e-zone not providing a duplicate bill for the same. For supporting the purchase, I can produce the Karbonn Smart Tab 2 carton box with serial number and product bar code, ICICI credit card payment transaction details screenshot, but they are not ready to re-generate a duplicate invoice. I am unable to do the warranty claim without invoice. I have spent totally 8000 rupees for this issue. ezone given a letter for purchase, but Karbonn not accepted. After so many phone and e-mail communications for the past 3 months nothing doing.
So, I want to file a complaint against e-zone and want a compensation of 8000 rupees or a replace of new SIM build-in Karbonn Tab.
