Respected sir,, This is Prashant G Keri and i am from Dharwad district and i was taken 2.2Liter Eagle Themus at the date of 23-12-2013 by Below address Krishna Fancy Stores OPP RCM Bazar, Super market Janta Bazar, Hubli 580028 Now that under therms tea is not heated after filling tea below 30 minutes it will get cooled so i gon for shop but he not taken serious action he told me that not given warranty for this things but this thermus is not damaged but also not heated properly but in buying time he given warranty for 1 year so i gone for shop he is not exchanged not given proper solution so please take action and solve my problem sir Thanking you your sincerely PRASHANT G KERI 9740885xxx
