Sir 1. I had been planning to send my luggage from THANE MAHARASHTRA (ADDRESS SMQ E39 AIR FORCE KOLSHET THANE 400607) to KANPUR UTTAR PRADESH in Aug 2014. 2. Thus I called Eagle Re locations India to propose a quotation for the said locations for sending my household items and my car. 3. Mr Anil contacted me from 9819193xxx and reached at above mentioned address for the said quotation which was amicably fixed to Rs 28000/- inclusive of all taxes and charges. 4. Mr Bhanwarlal 8793414xxx reached at the above mentioned address and started packing of items on 4 Sep 14 as per my requirement. 5.Mr Bhanwarlal did not provide proper packing material for my household items due to which the luggage was damaged to a great extent.It was promised by him that the luggage and all the items will be repacked in go down located in BHIWANDI MAHARASHTRA. 6.My car MHO4 EH 4907 was also driven away on 04 Sep 14 for the transportation to KANPUR UTTAR PRADESH. 7. After a gap of two weeks I received a call from a driver saying that my luggage has reached in Kanpur and myself had to make arrangements for offloading and unpacking which was totally against the deal done by Mr Anil on 28 Aug 14. 8. After a lot of argument on telephone with Mr Sandeep 9960727xxx; he admitted that he does not have any office at Kanpur and he will try to make arrangements for offloading and unpacking which never happened. 9. I personally arranged some labors to do the needful and paid them separately Rs 4000/-.

11.I would request the forum to please have a genuine study in my case and give me justice by refunding the amount of Rs 28000/- spent on the transportation and Rs 4000/- spent for the said labors. Also I would request the forum to refund me the repair cost incurred for my damaged car and household items. 12. I have suffered a lot mentally and physically in the above mentioned incident.I have attached the relevant documents for your perusal. 13.Thanking you
