EASYCAB – Failure provide service missed flight

I booked taxi service on 22 feb 15 at 8 pm for travel at 23 feb 15 05: 15 am from delhi cantt to IGI airport taxi company name is EASYCAB BOOKING reference no is A022300217 during phone booking the customer care people told I will receive the taxi details half an hour before the travel, I was waited up to 5 am I didn’t receive any sms or call. I call the taxi service the people were busy. immediately I received sms that they cant provide the vehicle. then I rush to road to search for auto ortaxi. with my one year old child and wife we struggled a lot. i took auto to metro then from metro i reached airport. after I reached airport I missed my flight that cost me about Rs 19525, and I need to spend more 35000 for my onward journey, no phone calls from taxi service after that. After two days I called the taxi services but what they replied simply sorry. i had call details and sms received in my mobile as proff.

economic damege rs 19254 for cancelled tickets ane for rebooking 26600 and 7556 total 53410 and emotional damage with my one year old child and wife in early morning in rood for searching for vehicle
