It has been more than a month that I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Delhi through EasyGo and they could not book it since plane was full or something but the money got debited…Now they refuse to return the money….deferring it everytime to next 4-5 days…it has been quite a while now and I am soon going to the consumer forum… I am not sure how this website works but I have seen other complaints with the same provider on the same topic…I hope this initaitive is able to help me out…regardless, I am going to get back more than my refund now…enough of these incompetent fools..I have details on booking number and PNR generated that I could further share…thanks a lot
