Dear Sir, I have ordered touch a display (Rs 3214/-) for my mobile through Ebay on 23rd of sept. A merchant (Mumbaimall) on ebay.in has sent me the product and I received it on 1st of Oct but unfortunately that display doesn’t work. Then I requested to the merchant and he sent me another version only after I returned the first defective product. But again this new one also didn’t work and hence I requested him for cancellation of the order and ask for refund on 21st Oct.I have returned the bill which I get with the product.In all the process It, takes almost 30 days and hence Ebay said that we cant do anything now because under ebay guarantee terms and condition,we cover the member only for the 30 days from the date of transaction. Now more than two months has been passed still I didn’t get my money back. He deposited only Rs 1000/- in my account. I have sent several messages and called him but now he don’t receive my call and neither replied to my messages. I have recorded all the initial mobile conversation with the merchant which I can show if it become necessary.
I want my money back and also like to impose a penalty on him.
