I have purchased Tenvis IPROBOT3 Camera from www.Amazon.in at Rs. 5244.00 on 17th Jan 2014.The Seller was DelhiMall on Amazon Technical details mentioned in product details where of IPROBOT3. When I received the product it was IPROBOT 2. When I contacted the seller he agree for replacement (Mail Attached)after I send him wrong product back which I sent back. I got a call from Delhimall and I was asked to pay the difference amount between IPROBOT2 and IPROBOT3 offline. When I denied, delhimall refused to send the IPROBOT3. I contacted the AMAZON India customer service and initially the assured a replacement but then they also stopped responding to my follow-ups. Meanwhile I got an email on refund of my amount from AMAZON. This is a case of cheating the customer by displaying different product and sending a lower product. Since I am technical person, I was able to catch the technical difference but non technical person may not come to know. I believe Amazon is also seller friendly and not customer friendly as they couldn’t direct the seller to replace the product without any extra cost.
